Today I had a well balanced meal starting off the day with a delicious zuchinni muffin with low fat cream cheese and an apple. For lunch I had chicken pasta. I am on the 1200 calorie a day healthy meal plan which has been working out great for me. I rarely miss a meal and when I do, I usually make it up over the weekend.
The best thing about Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine is that I rarely have to go to the grocery store. Everything is prepared fresh for me with little preparation and virtually no clean up. The packaging is great! They are all recyclable and makes for an easy clean up!
My daughter and I share the dinners every night! For a picky little kid, she likes just about every meal!
This convenient meal plan has been a success in both me and my husband’s life. My husband loves the meals as well and they are really filling for someone who has a very high metabolism and works out every day!
Check out the specials and variations that Fresh ‘n Fit offers and see if they deliver in your area. You will absolutely love the food!

Today was not one of my favorite days on this meal plan. While my husband loved the meals today, I was not a very big fan. This morning served up EGG ‘N SAUSAGE BAKE -
Cholesterol-free eggs baked with turkey sausage, served with potato wedges and fresh fruit. I thought this breakfast was a bit greasy and fried. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts in the past, but really not so much this one.
Lunch was not that much better with brunswick stew, a chicken and turkey tomato based stew. I guess I did not have much of any tastebuds today. Steak was served for dinner with jasmine rice cakes.
Ok, so most times I love the selection the chef chooses, but Wednesday was not so much the case.
Tomorrow is another pick up at my location in Toco Hills. If anyone goes there to pick up, you have to love Nancy, the Fresh ‘n Fit rep. She’s wonderful. My 1200 calorie a day meal plan overall has been the best thing I have done in my life. Eating healthy makes me feel great and I’ve noticed how much more energy I have since I’ve been on the plan for the past 6 months.
Start a New Year’s Resolution and check out Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine!

Today I picked up my healthy meals from my pick up location at Toco Hills. My breakfast consisted of a cranberry muffin, dried fruit and cottage cheese. I am still not very fond of this cottage cheese so my husband ate it! It is not too bad mixing it with fresh fruit, but I just cannot get over the consistency of it. If anyone knows of another way to eat cottage cheese besides with fruit, please let me know!
For lunch, there was barbecue pizza and grapes! It was so delicious and it is NOT like eating diet food. This food is all carefully prepared with the freshest ingredients and low calorie portions. It is just amazing how healthy my body feels and how energized I am throughout the days.
I am so glad I got on this plan. I was debating whether to start the plan or not because I was afraid that I wouldn’t eat all of the food, but the food I have left over, if I do go out in the evening time, I end up eating on the weekend!
My husband and I never buy food anymore. It’s great! What a great way to save money, not have to cook and eat healthy! The chef’s are wonderful and the people at Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine are so helpful and friendly! I would recommend making this a New Year’s Resolution and get started on this program!

I took the week off of Thanksgiving so I could pig out. So glad to be back eating healthy foods!
Tuesday I had one of my favorite breakfasts, the chicken sausage biscuit. Similar to Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit, but less than half the calories.
All of the food is pre-packaged and FRESH. Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine takes care of the planning, shopping, cooking, and (if you need it) they will deliver directly to your home or office! Talk about convenient. There are a bunch of pick up locations. Mine is at Toco Hills, near my daughter’s school. 2x a week I pick up food for my husband and I. I chose the 1200 calorie a day while my husband chose the 2000 calorie a day meal plan.
Wednesday’s breakfast was again delicious. As I mentioned before I never used to eat breakfast before I began this program but now I cannot wait to get up in the morning so I can start the day with a healthy meal. Lunches are the most filling meal of the day. Today I had sliced smoked turkey on a delicious roll and fresh fruit. I split dinner with my daughter again. It as cottage pie (This pie is cooked with extra-lean ground beef, mixed with thick sauce and vegetables before being topped with whipped potatoes).
Oh, and you can always see the menu for the weeks ahead by going online. It is always updated!
Until next time. Happy and Healthy Eating.

I cannot tell you how wonderful this healthy meal plan is from Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine. You can always visit the website to see the upcoming menu. It is great to know in advance, especially for those that don’t like surprises.
This weeks delicious breakfast menus that were served were toasted granola with yogurt, egg and cheese mcmuffin, and southwest egg burrito. I must say that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day by FAR! I never used to eat breakfast before starting this plan. Now, everything is pre-packaged BUT very very healthy. Often times no heating is necessary and I can usually take lunches on the run. How convenient is that?
I also figured out that when I go out for dinner during the week with clients or friends, I’ll have an extra meal left over that I did not eat. I have been saving them for the weekends! I selected the 5 day per week plan so my weekends are usually time for me to go out with family. I’ve found recently though that I have had food from the week that I was not able to get to and eating these on the weekends have been such a blessing. I don’t have to cook!
Well, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found Fresh ‘n Fit. Thanks to the chef’s….You know how to cook up great, healthy, low calorie meals, especially for us busy working moms!
Your favorite Fan,
Randee

After a couple of months away from the FNF scene, I needed to come back. I missed having my healthy meals and gained weight while I was NOT on this plan. I came back on the 1,200 calorie meal a day plan and my husband chose the 2,000 calorie a day plan.
Yesterday I picked up my meals for the week at the Toco Hills location. I had a wonderful breakfast this morning with cottage cheese, strawberry bread, and grapefruit. So I’m not used to eating breakfast so you can imagine how this not only started my day off right, but I was not hungry until after 2pm when I decided to eat lunch! A pre-packaged Turkey sandwich with apple was delicious!
I decided to go for a run on the treadmill after work today and by 8pm I was ready to eat dinner. I LOVE Fresh ‘n Fit’s Tortellini pasta with veggies. I took Karoyle’s advice on the latest blog and mixed the veggies in with my pasta! What a great idea. I ate everything!
So far, so good. I really missed this meal plan for the month’s I took off from it. Now that my schedule is so busy, this IS a NECESSITY. Thanks FNF!

Well, Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine has surprised me again with the Stuffed Portabella Cap, stuffed with bread pudding and a side of green beans with feta. This is part of the 1200 calorie meal plan. I have not had a meal like this before, and was excited to see how this on turned out. I wasn’t to sure about bread pudding, but it tasted great. it reminded me of some really great stuffing.
I am really enjoying the convenience in this meal plan. This has to the the best idea in a long time. When lunch time came, I popped it in the microwave for 2 minutes, sat down, ate a fresh and healthy meal, and recycled the leftovers.

Well, I have to say, I have never heard of Beef Bourguignonne, but it was very tasty! This was actually a substitute for the seafood meal. It came with very tasty mashed potatoes, which were really mashed potatoes by the way, and green beans. I could not find the nutritional values online, which I can usually find all the healthy meals nutritional value here. So I Googled it, and found it easily.
One thing worth noting, the meal portion was perfect. It was plenty to eat, I even shared some with my husband. He was impressed by the meal as well, as he had never had this dish. One thing I really love about this plan, is the diversity in food. It seems like I always am eating something different, things I would have never thought of cooking myself. The best thing, It takes 2 minutes to heat up, and even quicker to clean up! Guess why its fresh, health and convenient meals!

Thursday, July 23rd
So far this week has been full of great healthy food and fun! I’ve been out a few times for lunch and dinner with friends and clients but I’ve managed to eat healthy. My precooked breakfast meals that come nicely packaged are perfect for me while I’m on the go. All I do is tear back a portion of the container (that is recyclable) and microwave it for about 2 minutes.I do this for just about all of my meals.
So this week for breakfast I’ve ate well. I must say again, that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Scrambled eggs and turkey sausage on Tuesday, Florrentine Frittata on Wednesday and a Cinnamon Muffin with dried fruit today. Many meals are served with cottage cheese, one food i’m not crazy about but I’ve managed to mix the fresh fruit that is served inside this. I’m still not crazy about it, but everything else is absolutely delicious!
Lunches are filling and they are all nicely arranged and proportioned perfectly. The chef does a great job separating the meats from the breads and the chicken from the salad. Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine really does care. I often keep up with the feedback they get from their Facebook page and I’ve noticed that they have changed things based on the feedback they get. I may mention something about the cottage cheese…..LOL.
These meals are so filling that I often split my dinners with my family. The Oven Fried Chicken with fresh veggies and potatoes on Tuesday was absolutely amazing! My daughter loved the spaghetti pasta and marinara sauce with broccolli on Wednesday night! I still cannot believe that this is just 1200 calories for 3 FULL meals a day. It’s awesome.
I actually forgot to pick up my meals today, UGGHH, but I can drop by tomorrow since they have a cooler at my pick up location in Toco Hills. If you are thinking of signing up for this affordable meal plan, DO IT. It’s awesome and worth every penny of it. Tons of locations for pick up.
